Hi my crafty friends! I’m here today to remind you of our challenge over at Creative with Stamps where the theme is Leaves. There are 3 digi stamps from our generous sponsor Pattie’s Creations  up for grabs to a random winner, so do join in the fun!

As I started intensive German lessons again (4h everyday) & my hubby is on a business trip this whole week, I had to make a quick simple card but with max impact too. I think this card fits the bill, no?

All I did was take red card stock, stamped the leaves from Hero Arts in Versamark clear ink, poured Wow Bright White embossing powder over it and heat embossed it with my heat gun. I then used a die from The Ton called Anemone Mini cluster coordination die to die cut the centre. I bought only the centre die and not the main flower die as I had the idea to use it to cut out interesting centres like for this card. I think it would also be useful if you stamped a whole card full of flowers or to create a shaker card with an interesting shape.

I then used my Misti stamp positioner to stamp the beautiful sentiment from Stamplorations so that the beginning and end of the sentiment reaches out to the die cut edges to bring everything together.
