Hi all! I’m writing a really quick post today to share a video with you on how I made this card shine, using embossing paste with Brushos and Glimmer spray! This is also the first card I’m making for a sick child as part of a program I just joined called Zippy Zebra’s Smiles & Hugs. I’m so happy I now have a place to send my cards instead of having them clutter decorate my home.
(My apologies for the lighting as it’s not the best in my photos, but I wanted to show you how it shines under the light!)
To make this card, just add embossing paste (or texture paste, either will do) through your stencils, sprinkle Gamboge Brushos watercolour crystal inks, spray glimmer spray, spread and remove. Real easy and quick and the whole process took me all of 6 minutes! Once it was dry, I cut it with MFT scallop rectangle stitched die. I added Stamplorations Cutplorations Layered Butterfly (only the top layer) and the sentiment Beautiful, which were also coloured using Brushos, carded it up on an orange card base and my card was done! Oh I hand wrote in “you are” as an after thought but should have left it out I think, or wrote it in red…
Well I hope you enjoyed my video and if you did, please give me a thumbs up, and subscribe to my channel if you want to get notifications for my next video. Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to knowing what you think of my card!
