Hi all! Its Wednesday so time for another challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More! This week we have a CAS – clean and simple theme, so show us your cards with lots of open space and minimal embellishments.
The card I made today to inspire you is not very Clean but its simple to make. I just covered a piece of Yupo paper with my Spectrum Noir illustrator alcohol markers, using Cobalt, Lilac, and Hydrangea colours. I then added a few drops of alcohol hand gel randomly on my paper and moved it around with a dry wet wipe I had on hand, to mix and blend the colours. I then die cut it with the beautiful die from Pick Fresh Studio called “Bright side of Life”.
To add a little more detail on my card, although I know I should have left it at that to make it CASer…, I stamped one of the stripe stamps from Winnie and Walter’s “Scenery Stripes” stamp set all down the left side of the card with distress oxide inks and went over it with a water brush to have graded looks on each line.
Well I hope you liked my card today and that you’ll pop over to the Addicted to Stamps and More challenge blog to admire my teammies cards and leave them some love too! Have a great day!
